Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview — Digital Goods

RPOOL.ID sells digital content and digital services: DJ tracks, edits, previews, and membership access to a downloadable music library. Because access to digital content is delivered immediately after payment, all sales on RPOOL.ID are final and non-refundable, except for the limited exceptions described in Section 3.

By completing a purchase on RPOOL.ID — a membership plan, a marketplace track, or any other paid product — you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

Payments made to RPOOL.ID are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

• Membership plans of any duration (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime).
• Marketplace track purchases (one-time or cart orders).
• Stems credits, promo products, and any other paid digital item.

"Non-refundable" applies even if: you change your mind, you no longer use the service, your account is inactive, you downloaded less than expected, or your access is suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Limited Exceptions

We will review and, when verified, correct the following situations — and only these:

• Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the exact same order due to a technical error.
• Billing errors caused by RPOOL.ID — the amount charged does not match the amount shown at checkout due to our system's fault.
• Unauthorized transactions — proven unauthorized use of your payment instrument. We may ask for supporting evidence before acting.

Requests for these exceptions must be sent to support@rpool.id within 14 days of the charge and must include your registered email and order/invoice number. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method (5–14 business days depending on your bank or provider).

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a membership only stops future billing — it never creates a refund for payments already made. Your access simply remains active until the end of the current paid period, and no partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

• Recurring subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
• One-time plans: access remains active until the expiration date. Auto-renewal can be disabled before the next cycle.
• Lifetime memberships: non-cancellable and non-refundable after activation.

5. Marketplace Orders

Marketplace track purchases are final once the order is paid and the download link is issued. If a purchased file is corrupt or fails to play, contact support within 14 days — we will repair or replace the file. A working replacement, not a refund, is the remedy for defective files.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact support@rpool.id before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or provider — most issues are resolved faster directly. Filing a chargeback for a completed digital purchase may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to previously purchased content while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Policy Changes

RPOOL.ID reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
